How much weight gain can I expect once I start hormone treatment?

Yup. I too lost weight. I attribute that to the diuretic effect of the Spiro.

BUT, I am also conciously watching my caloric intake. I don't think HRT causes weight gain. Increased calories causes weight gain. Perhaps HRT causes you to WANT to eat more, but if you don't eat more, there is no reason you should gain weight. If ya wanna be thin, ya gotta pay attention to what you eat!
