Hi Anne,

It's not in South Wales, but there is a great place in Bath that I have gone a few times. Go to Sophies (http://www.sophies.co.uk/) and have a look around, send them an email. It shouldn't be too far for you unless you're a long way into South Wales and the prices are very reasonable.
