NEWS FLASH--Transsexual Golfers

This was in Yahoo News yesterday(2-10-05) :
London- Transsexual golfers will be allowed to play in this year's Womens British Open in a policy change by the Ladies Golf Union.

I'm not a big golf fan, but I think this is a huge step in the right direction for our community. Lets give three cheers to the Brits for doing the right thing!!!!

The LPGA (North America) still prohibits transsexuals from playing, but now that the British Open has opened the door, maybe change will come soon here in the states.
