Sometimes life is good

I was in the kitchen this evening, making dinner, wearing a pink top, a long red skirt, and red flats. My long nails were painted a dark red. My SO comes home, walks into the kitchen, and says "Look at you ... you're making a nice dinner!" Then she heads upstairs to get out of her work clothes.

That's it. No comment on the clothes, because it's normal. Just an appreciative remark about my making dinner.

After I got cleaned up this morning and got dressed, my GF looked at me and said that she really liked my outfit. I got the bigest smile. She doesn't usually compliment me very oftin.

It really is a wonderful feeling, isn't it.

My wife doesn'tlike me dresing apart from nighties, but has no problem with me cooking, When we have guests the GGs often come to help in the kitchen while she makes small talk with the men. When we go to themI isually help out in the kitchen. I don't think its a male female thing, I just like doing it.
