Sort of fem works best. The kids are too smart for my own good and would figure it out. They may be living on their own, but they do visit often.

So no full time girls yet?? When I say "Full Time Girl" I don't mean you've had the operation..I mean you dress always..your never dressed as a man..you sleep, think, and dream fem.that's all I meant ..but if you've had the operation and you wantto fill out the poll you'd probably fall under full time girl.

Nope not in this place unfortunately, what I want to do and what society will allow are still two different things in my location. I am not going to go with the stereo type around here that conciders a person gay if they are wearing a dress or straight if they dress in drab. But for the most part I end up being totally girl in my thoughts and actions, just not dressing 'full-time' as you put it.

Amelie, I still love you though.

I may think fem at times but in my job that would be the kiss of death, so I have to act otherwise. Even at home if I act too girly my wife goes off the deep end and the kids don't know(?) so I need to act the part but a bit more mellower since I've come more in terms with my true self.

my soul is totally 100% fem 24/7 365. but life gets in the way now and again. i have to pretend to be the other. funny how i can't type that word anymore. it makes me feel horrible inside. anyway as i have said in earlier threads always pushing the envelope a bit more. this forum has been and continues to be a real help. thanks all.

No. 2 for me. There is still the chance that I'll try to go full time if I end up divorced but things seem to be getting better now. And no, it's not because of my dressing but a lot of other things. I really feel that I should have gone full time 30 or 40 years ago. I would have been a lot happier.

I picked "feminine". I dress when I can do so for a reasonable amount of time. I still have some femme movements and little things here and there 24/7. If the living situation was different I'd be more than happy to live full time though.

When Virginia is dressed and "out and about" she is extremely feminine. When SHE allows my male personna out, she is still in control of the interactions with other people and she is so much nicer than the male.
Donna T - I would put you at #3 not 5 I think you are very feminine!

totally non-fem outwardly (if you don't include the swelling boobies that are my secret, shared only with the pharmaceutical company and you lovely ladies here). So I voted 4.

I'm not very femme-looking at all, so I voted #5 - but as long as I don't look in the mirror, I feel very femme while dressed as Cheri.

Yeah, it's 5 for me, too.

I loooove to dress, but have very few opportunities. :(

I don't think or act fem but love to look at myself in the mirror and see a feminine form. I just love the feel of the clothes, the idea of wearing lingerie and skirts and heels.

I have never known how to explain that contradiction between the male person that I am and the female image that I love to experience. If I felt that I thought or acted like a woman, I think I could understand it better.

I think that much of the time I like to dress in ways that are attractive and sexy to me. So I work on that illusion. I have no interest in wearing women's slacks or flat heeled shoes, it's only the revealing and the most obviously female stuff that I like. I guess what I'm saying is that I don't dress to be "comfortable" in women's clothes, I dress for the most feminine image that I can manage.

And that's not much, given the lumpy body that I have to work with ;) , but it's still a great rush for me to feel myself wrapped in the clothes and to see my image in the mirror and in pictures.

I'm just rambling. . . but I'd love to hear from others who say they are #5 on the contradiction that that represents.

As Jan, I FEEL feminine, which is the reason for dressing in the first place. :D
I'm a realist though, and know I'm not passable, so I voted #5. :o

Number 5 for me. I just love dresses and makeup. Now only if society allowed men to wear skirts like it now allows GG to wear paints.

I am very fem, when dressed, which is as often as possible. However, my boy mask has been with me for years, "he" takes over to get me through the work day, social calls, and other mundane things like buying milk. Really, I would marry "him" for protecting me so well. If I had the choice, I likely would just be fem all the time.
