well i moderate a group like that here in Hamilton, you have to have a passion to do it , some time you get many and some times you don't if you want help pm me and i can send you some info on how to start

as for the S.O get a separate room so they can split off and talk for a while the gg have issues they need to talk about as well ... but i could type for hours but my bed is calling me
