Is there a part of you that deep down inside, is pissed off and angry. Do you feel ripped off that you love to crossdress but in general its unacceptable.

Do you hate conservatives because they sit on their high horse and pass judgement using bible rederic, saying that "thou shalt not wear clothes of the opposite sex".

I feel that way a large part of the time just wondering if anybody felt the same way as I do and also I'm trying to start a thread that is not the same old thing here. A lot of threads have become really redundtant.

Nope!!! Not angry one little bit....... maybe it's just me but I think part of the alure of crossdressing is that fact that it is out of the mainstream!!! And not accepted... If anyone could wear anything they wanted then it just wouldn't be crossdressing..... in my opinion...

Not at all. Anger is a wasted emotion. Better to work to try to change things that get upset, and then allow that to make you sick.

Well, I think I am less angry today. I understand your anger, but I think I am not too concerned about anyone's opinion enough to make me angry. I just hope everyone gets it one day.

I have to also keep an eye on where I may be short sighted and narrow minded.

People are ignorant. A person is intelligent.

I hate people.

Ya I feel abit angry at God at times. Groups that preach hate (not saying who) really only generate more hate in me. In a that aspect it makes me want to dressup more just to spite them and thier beliefs. Is this God or freakin Loki (God of lies and mischief) here?I always feel like I'm stuck in a movie where the different person is picked on or rediculed and that person must prove to great advesity how good a person he is. Poor people, Mutants, Robots, and brain damaged comedians do this all the time in the movies. If people never tire of these films you would think they would take a hint and learn being different is not bad, thus accept us with open arms...sorry you got me babbling..I'll go now:hugs:

Anger seems to be misdirected fear (of the unknown). It reduces us to those we are angry at!
I have come to appreciate those who crossdress as gifted and those who cannot accept as deficient in charachter.
Just my:2c:

Love to all.

Yes. I'm very careful to hate conservatives as much as possible. That way, I can expend my energies in ways that serve to _reduce_ hate in the world, so I can crossdress whenever wherever I want.

:(

Enough stereotypes, thank you.

bible rederic

Is that Red(neck)eric? :D I turn the news off when those people are on.
Just remember what Bill & Ted said- "Be excellent to each other!"

No, but then people around here have been quite accepting, and not one has tried to preach at me.

I worry about the preachers about as much as I worry about radical feminists who suggest that the world would be better off without any men at all -- that is, I know vaguely that they exist, but it doesn't have anything to do with me.

Sad in that some people just don't understand the need to crossdress.

Maybe, someone should start a new religion, and say (my) god advises me to wear pretty clothes instead of boring ones.

[Wonder if there would be a waiting list to join such a group though?] :heehee:

Yes I feel angry most of the time so I remain dressed all of the time. My S O got me to go to church with her after we got married and the preacher came up to me and preached about crossdressing that put me off right then

I am more with Emma on this.

"More disappointed rather than angry. Sad in that some people just don't understand the need to crossdress."

I am more disappointed and frustrated at times that people do not even want to try and understand. Some peoples minds are so closed and narrow and not just to CDing.

I agree with you, I remember reading here not to long ago about a father who's daughter went through cancer treatments and came out alright on the other side. Then after that his daughter was accepting of his CDing.

The sad thing is does ot take a catostrophic event for people to be accepting?

On a lighter note I love Karen Huttons rebelious nature its cool and it cracks me up, she doesn't care if she pisses somebody off I admire that.

Just the same I think its time that society just said F___ It! and let it be.

Your statement is caricatured. I am actually quite conservative in many respects myself and a lot of people are in some form or another. Kindly do not presume that the sorts of people you talk about are all there is to what is often (and incorrectly) called conservatism.

It is no different than those who presume that all cross-dressers must be gay or bisexual. We know that is such a major distortion of the truth of the matter but I see nothing different in your caricature except perhaps in degree.

Tightsgirl,

I remember that too, because that was my daughter ! Went shopping for jewelry and a new pocketbook ( for me ) with her Saturday.

I also read your thread with interest. Imagine if you will this senario.....a Godly conservative preacher wakes up one day to discover that he was TG and was at odds with his own beliefs, family, and friends. God sure does have a sense of humor sometimes.

I don't recall, any conservative, or religious person, giving me a hard time about my dressing. I did have a couple of people that could'nt understand why I did it, and told me I was being silly. As I remember, they were fairly left wing liberals. There was another others, that were'nt especially understanding. They were a gay couple I knew. Hmmmm, I guess my experience, being from real life instead of popular consenses, might differ from others.

I think you'd find more acceptance among liberals than conservatives.

Is there a part of you that deep down inside, is pissed off and angry. Do you feel ripped off that you love to crossdress but in general its unacceptable.[sic]

No. I have no anger. Everyone has different ideas of what's acceptable and not acceptable, what's desirable and not. The anger you feel is your problem, not someone else's doing.

Do you hate conservatives because they sit on their high horse and pass judgement[sic] using bible rederic,[sic] saying that "thou shalt not wear clothes of the opposite sex".
Well, no. Absolutely not. Then again, I'm very conservative. Not just conservative politically, but also as a conservative Catholic. I'm also a conservative of the Vienna school of economics, but that's another thread.

That you hate people have differing opinions is again your problem. While those on the left often profess hate for anyone who does not share their ideology, it does not make harboring hate any less execrable.

I feel that way a large part of the time just wondering if anybody felt the same way as I do and also I'm trying to start a thread that is not the same old thing here. A lot of threads have become really redundtant [sic].

This thread is also redundant. There has been enough posted that is anti-right, anti-Christian, and blaming society in general for whatever feelings of inadequacy that some cross dresser or other feels.

As a "borderline anarchist" you should be thrilled that other people have wildly unbridled opinions that they flout without regards for you. That is part of anarchy. Law, custom, civil behavior, and courtesy have no place, and are far removed from anarchy. Or do you just suppose anarchy is just a wild party of rioting with a bunch of puerile and over-indulged degenerates?

Christina Nicole

I love it when conservatives get all bent out shape torn between their lifestyle and their horse drawn carriage ideals:rofl:

Actually what makes me angry is when people with incorrect ideas, and misguided agenda's try to spead venom and blame the conservatives. As if they are holier than thou and conservatives are the root of all evil.

Not angry, but disappointed and frustrated. Disappointed in myself for not being more open to people about who I am. Generally, I don't give much concern at all to other people's judgements or opinions of me. At the same time, I am very protective of my secret. I did tell one person, but that was a mistake I never wish to make again. And therein lies the irony! If everybody knew, it wouldn't matter who I told!

This is from where the disappointment and frustration stem... not towards society, but a definite inner struggle.

That should sum it up.

The point of what we as a group talk about is to not be afraid of who you are; to be yourself. You can liberate yourself as much as you want, but you still get that nagging feeling. You know the one, the one where you start to think "Ya know, this feels great and all but someone at some point is gonna tell me who I am is wrong."

Sometimes I even get angry at the fact that we need special meeting places in order to get together. I realize it's necessary but it shouldn't be. Maybe the world isn't ready. Hell, I'm guessing about 75% of us aren't ready.

While I don't want to win this battle, I do wish for some kind of agreement.

And that has been my :2c:

I'll tell you what pisses me off real quick. Is when I'm wearing womens jeans and some idiot GG stares and snickers. Can I vent? Stupid GG, pants are mens aparel. How the &^$& did so many pant styles be 'women only'

Funny you mentioned high horse. My dad was telling me about a lady he saw the store with a butch mans hair cut. He went on that god is coming back to squash those kinds of people, and started laughing.

I picked up my wife once from church and had toe nail polish on. When I came through the doors I was escorted to the pastor. Yeah, I knew I was testing the limits, but I felt I had every right any GG did, and I was just picking up my wife.

The interesting thing about churches is that for most everyone, it is more important to them that you line up to their ideas of who should be, than actually attend church. Ironic isn't, one can want to attend church, but can't.

I must have come in the wrong door. I'm a Christian and a Reagan Conservative. And I can say I never read the quote "Thou Shalt Not Ware Clothes Of The Opposite Sex". There are several bibles that say you should not CD for sex with a man. I just don't know what makes you think a lib would accept a CD either.

I go along with you girl, I don't have the energy to waste on anger, either mental or physical. The world is not a just place, you have to live with and just do your best.
