?? new term describing someone of the "third" sex (of alien race) on Star Trek Enterprise.

Cogenitor was the name. The people who fit under this category were called "it" and seen as a lesser form. The main Cogenitor was kept like how a pet is. Sad really...i had to finish some college work so i missed what happened in the end. Knowing Hollywood though the alien race probably learned to accept the Cogenitors as equals.
