Good for you dear, A FULL body wax is a pleasure. The results are longer lasting than shaving, with no chance of chemical burns from any "hair remover" being left on too long.
I get "waxed" every 7 weeks and quite enjoy the finished product. Yeah sure, I get the "red BBs" for a few hours but afterwards everything is nice and hair free.

Having been doing this for the last two years, I don't bother with the Tylenol anymore. I know what to expect and for some odd reason it doesn't bother me anymore. Not to sound too strange but I rather like the removal process. Helps to have a cute gal doing the job.

I wonder if waxing in a salon is better than waxing at home?

More expensive, but worth it?

Most definitely worth it. I go every 6-7 weeks , back & chest - I certainly couldn't get the back done at home! lol

I also go every three weeks or so for my eyebrows.

Hi Everyone,
Normally, I epilate my arms, legs, chest and abdomen. However, last week, I had the upper part of my back waxed and I had not had that done since last August. Saturday, I am going to a banquet and wearing a strapless ball gown. I live alone and waxing I think is the safest and easiest way to get the back taken care of. You should do it about a week before the event so the skin has time to recover.

I get my back and eyebrows waxed about once a month, I may go to 5 weeks because the regrowth of hair is slower now and the hair is finer. I have my chest, tummy arms and underarms done about every 5 weeks. The arm hair and underarm hair grows back slower than chest hair. As Phyliss said after a while it doesn't hurt as much. We do get used to it but the hair it's self changes. Also having a hot girl doing it makes the pain much more tolerable, she makes it hurt sooo good!

Hi,

Finished from the waxing earlier. The whole she-bang, including Brazilian. I don't get the whole thing done more than three times a year (concession to my lovely girlfriend), so it's more painful than if I were to get it every six weeks or so, as the hair is thicker.

Still, I know what to expect, and I do okay with the pain, especially with a pain pill or three. I find the armpits and of course the Brazilian to be most painful.

I go to two different waxers. The Brazilian specialist is amazing and she runs me 110 bucks, including 20 dollar tip. The waxer for everything else gives me a package deal, and it runs me 190 dollars including a 40 dollar tip (hey, I'm generous).

I understand the temptation to use a cute waxer, but honestly, I like that I don't find either of mine especially attractive. I prefer it this way as for me, I feel kind of sleazy if I pick a waxer I like to oogle. Keeps everything professional.

PM me if you want any specific waxing advice.

Cheers,
