men's or ladies? - restrooms/changing rooms

I have only been out dressed a couple times and have no found myself in the following situation, but would like to soon. so wondering what to do. For those of you who do go out dressed, when you go to stores to try on women's clothes do you just go into the ladies changing room or do you go to the men's changing room? If there is an attendent does it affect where you go? Also If out and you must use the restroom, which one do you use? Do you just use the family restrooms if available, and if not which one?

if dressed en femme then its the ladies changing rooms AND bathroom....simple as that.....
