Alright girls, I have looked for a subject for a tatoo and have deceided to make a statement about myself...

Could any of you provide me with a picture or link to some "tasteful" transgender logo< for lack of a better word>...I've seen several really nice ones in the past, but lost track of them...

All leads will greatly be appreciated...and I'll post the picture when I have it tatoo'd on my bod...

Thanks every one...

How about a scarlet letter on the forehead?

Because........

I have looked for a subject for a tatoo and have deceided to make a statement about myself...

Maybe a little less attitude and a little more constructive posting would be be more appropriate. :Angry3:

Oh I understand Sharon...and thank you...for some reason, unbeknownst to me there is always some one who takes the attitude of half empty not half full...

Not only am I a proud member of the transgender community I am not ashamed to express myself...With the love of my wife and support of your girls I will remain so...Thanks for your support...

I think it's a wonderful idea to get a tatoo, and I do like the TG symbol.
I too am proud to be who I am and know how you feel.

If I were to get a tattoo (fat chance!) it would be Fifinella, the good gremlin of the WWII women pilots. She's cute (and obscure), I've got a hat with her on it now.
It's gonna be weird when all these tattooed people are in the nursing homes years from now, the staff playing with their flabby body art :D

As a practical suggestion with absolutley no attitude and with all my shame and guilt in abayance, I have had a "Tat" on my arm for 40 years what was once red and colorful is now all a mottled blue. Tats seem to last and wear better if they are in a solid color. I wonder if there is a Chinese symbol for tg ?? !!

I saw a nice simple one not so long back, am afraid I've since lost the image.

but it's very simple, just the male and female symbols combined on the one circle

Even though my youngest Son has tats and piercings, It's not my thing. I don't feel any need to have stuff on my body to convince me of who I am or to display to others. Our actions speak louder than words and any sign or symbol. I have nothing against others if they want to do it but like I said, just not my personal thing. I like the freedom of being myself and signs and symbols put kind of a label on you. What if you change you mind later on and decide this kind of life isn't for you? I can and does happen. You'd be stuck with it then.Your choice, in any case.

my TG related tat is my name "mary jane" in japanese katakana on my lower back (tramp stamp). i got it because the name means quite a bit to me and the placement and style is sexy.

I will work on it if people like the concept.

You know "full circle", Ouroboros, all one and one for all.

Things like that.

Well, since you wanted it changed, heres what I came up with in about 15 minutes:

I've always been partial to Hedwig's "origin of love" tattoo, but then getting a tattoo that is featured prominently in a movie might be kinda lame, no matter how good that movie is.

animated or video LCD tattoos haven't yet been invented.
( did I just let it slip that I came from the future? )

Not wanting to sound thick but what does that logo represent ?

A variation of the yin & yang symbol, it stands for the idea that in all of life there is balance: male & female, day & night, etc.
I think it's a rather vague symbol to represent being TG.

As women are from Venus (Goddess of all the femenine), and men are from Mars (God of WAR and thus from everything manly), They are represented by these roman gods symbols.
I read somewhere that the TG would be from Mercury, for some reason i cant recall.
That god symbol is:

Just an update. I think having a symbol is okay but I won't wear one regardless. I need to remain autonomous and do a lot of undercover work (won't say doing what :heehee:) and therefore have to remain unidentifiable. In any case, I think it's okay for those who want one.
