I have a question for any of you ladies that have had SRS. Is it possible to still have an orgasm? If so, does it feel the same as it did before or is it totally different?

Well, it probably depends on a lot of factors. However generally speaking, if you were orgasmic prior to SRS, then you most likely will be afterward. Those of us who go for SRS, weigh the possiblilties very carefully. Before I went for SRS, I went carefully through the whole proceedure. With the way that the Doc I chose saved the important parts and kept nerves for such things intact, I felt it was worth the risk.
For myself, I had my first post-op orgasm at about the three month mark. Some didn't think that was possible, but that's just the way it worked out for me. It does take time however, for things to calm down after the surgery, for some things to start working again. Let's face it, lots of pain and drugs are not necessarily stimulating sexually. As time went on, and the pain levels and drug levels dropped drastically, I started to feel things again. Then one day while doing the dilations, a little added pressure in just the right place and I had a really big smile on my face for a few days.
I'd have to say, that it feels the same, yet different. While the muscles inside the groin area tend to feel the same, make the same contractions etc... Still, there's no penis... I'll never be able to say that it feels just like a GGs, for how would I know. My mind and body say to me that it feels just as female as Iam however. All I can really say, is that Iam satisfied with this relsult as it is. :D
Another question I've seen asked before, is how will it affect my sex drive? Well, I can definately say that I don't masturbate or feel the desire to do it as often as I did prior. However that doesn't mean any of the prior triggering factors don't still work. A sex scene in a movie can certainly make me wet. A TS I knew who went through SRS, years before I did, said to me that it was something to think about as she found that she couldn't just toss one off anymore. Iam not sure what was going on with her as she disappeared off the face of the Earth after that like so many posties do, but I find that if Iam pre-stimulated like that, I do not have any difficulties achieving the desired results.
Any way, these are just my observations and experiences. Your milage may vary.
