There has been talk about getting that "Fem" look, dieting, and exercise. But what about sitting in a Sauna or Hot Tub and sweating those inches away? Does it work?
LOL

No, but it is great for your attitude! Twice that if you add a glass of champagne.

This reminds me of those vibrating belts some people tried to use to lose weight. The theory was that if you jiggled your fat around it would go away.

Sitting in it won't do much, remember you're just "sitting". Two years ago when I had to dig and pour the foundation and build the deck where my tub now sits I lost about 12 pounds over that summer, (put it back on during the following winter)
Sitting in a HOT Sauna is good for getting rid of "toxins" in the body but doesn't do much for your figure.
Sunday morning in a hot sauna to get rid of "Saturday Night Fever" is a good cure.

Nope, sorry. You just sweat out water, which you'll eventually replace. There's only one way to lose weight AND get healthier: Eat sensibly and exercise.

I haven't lost a single pound in our hot tub but it's a great stress reliever. I call it my think tank, I've made some pretty good financial decisions in it simply because it's the one place I can go to relax completely.
