I was in Brisbane during the first week of this month for the Lisa Gerrard concert (which was absolutely unbelievable!) and at one point on the train with my family (I was fairly casual-goth but in male-mode) and read someone on the other side of the aisle. Not quite sure how I knew but I was sure. She kept looking at me, maybe it was the long black fingernails and hair, not sure if it was the gothness or perhaps it was obvious that I dress (anyone been read as a CD'er while in male mode?). I steered the conversation about grafitti as art into a statement about the courage of people flouting social conventions as a way of stating my approval of her courage.
Later on, on another train station I spotted another person whom I suspect but am not sure might have been one of us who was absolutely stunning!
In case those girls are here, and to all those who go out and about let me say what an inspiration you are!
