New Hair

The box arrived today. Didn't get a chance to open it yet, but here's the model view of how it is supposed to look. My color is brownish red, not the gorgeous gold on the model.

It's a nice update to what I had in the past, long with bangs but with a contemporary style that complements my age. I can't wait to see it and try it on!

Sorry, couldn't make it happen that way. At the moment I'm juggling so many things that I had to do it this way. Donna, it was nothing against you! Please forgive me? We will go shopping sometime when things are better here. When I'm under stress like this, I pretty much act alone. It's how I survived, starting as a kid.

Last week I was hoping I'd be able to go to Joi Wig in Springfield on Monday of this week, being Presidents Day. However, things have been sufficiently unpredictable that I couldn't even plan for that. Coordinating with others at this point is difficult at best.

Among work, counceling, coaching an academic team for my daughter's school, trying to save a foundering marriage, and dealing with both daughter and wife with the flu, it was "act now or risk waiting another month". I needed it now.

Thank you everyone! Here's the first pic.

Okay it's on a styro head. Needed one of those too. And I'll admit it's a bit redder than I expected, but only a little brighter than I've dyed my own hair in the past. I love being a redhead. ;)

Also, I need to trim the bangs. This won't be the first time I've done that on a wig, so it should be fine.
