Well, almost.
I went to a luncheon with a group of retired business men, at noon today.
Being me, I was wearing a denim skort, with embroidered flowers, a light blue top and a black crop top underneath. Had on a large silver necklace and matching hoop earrings, lipstick, mascara and brow pencil. I carried a purse and wore fem sandals.
I had a nice lunch and pleasant conversation, then it was time to go to the airport to pick up two friends arriving from DC.
I arrived at the airport about a half hour before their flight was due. I went to a unisex bathroom, did my thing then freshened up my lipstick. Checked the arrivals and went to the baggage area for their flight.
Since I was a few minutes early and there was an outside door right there, I stepped outside for a smoke. There was a limo driver waiting just outside the door, having a smoke. When I took a cigarette out of my purse, he jumped up, took out his lighter and said, "Please, let me get that for you, ma'am."
He lit my cig., and I said thank you, not changing my voice much, from normal. He said that the weather was wonderful and I agreed.
Then he asked me if I was waiting for someone, and did I live in the area. I told him I was waiting for someone and no, I lived in another town.
Now, he stares at me for a few seconds, then says, "You are a lovely woman. May I have your phone number?" I was kind of in shock, but managed to say thank you for the compliment, but no, you can't have my phone number. Giggle, his response was. "Then I will have to drive all around your town, until I see you again."
I wished him a nice afternoon and went inside to wait for my friends.
This was a first for me, having someone try to pick me up, in broad daylight.
I often think of my every-day look as a man wearing women's clothes, or a real butch looking girl, giggle. But I never thought about getting picked up, that's for sure.

Soooo... what's your impression?
Do ya think he "made" you and found you hot, or didja just pass with flying colors?
Tell, tell....!

Oh honey, I don't think I was "passing", not trying to, anyway. And, if his eyesight was that bad, he shouldn't be driving, giggle.
Hmm, but it is a nice thought, that he may have wanted me, for being myself. Either way, it sure did make me feel good. Hope I wasn't blushing, giggle.

If you say you obviously didn't look female, he was probably an admirer. There are some who are gentlemen.

Giggle, you reminded me of a couple of song lyrics.
Isley Brothers
"You's a superstar
thats what you are
money, clothes and fancy cars"
Earth Wind & Fire
"You´re a shinig star, no matter who you are
Shining bright to see what you can truly be"

You could be right. Of course it's just my opinion that I didn't look very fem and I think that many of us are over critical, when it comes to our apperence.
So, maybe I was better looking than I thought.
Or, he could have been an admirer, giggle. If that was the case, I do hope that I meet more people like him, in the future.

Dear Karen
YES, There are a few GENTLEMEN and respectful admirers out here. Not all of us go around like animals and open an email showing our "manhood". He probably was an interested "admirer" who found her attractive and approached her with respect accorded a women.

You know, I just have to say that there is something that I just don't understand. I realize that there are MANY forms of sexual expression in todays world and naturally CDing, TVs, TS,s are all part of that mix. As an admirer, a RESPECTABLE one at that, I have always had an eye for that special, if I may say, "man in a dress". BUT that is NOT just a man in a dress to me. I could NEVER be with a man dressed who is sporting a beard or is full of body hair or who looks like a linebacker. I AM attracted to the CD who LOOKs and acts like a women in every sense. YES, It does make me BI and yes, it may involve inbedded homosexual tendencies. But these things have been with me for as long as I can remember. What I don't understand is that on this site there are MANY CDs who look and enjoy the role of a women to the nines and yet when they attract, which THEY WILL, a man such as myself, the admirer is the bad guy, the fool. I am not saying that ALL CDs want to be with men...thats understandable. But when you are dressed, THATS WHAT WILL ATTRACT weather you want it or not. So ladies, it is a two sided sword.

I don't know if I was clear in my original post, but I was quite flattered by his sincere attention. And, if the situation was different, I might have taken him up on his offer.
Although I'm a mature gurl, I still treasure the idea of romance, and would really like to share a loving relationship with an admiring man.

It has made me think, though.
How many GGs spend time, making themselves attractive, then complain when men hit on them?
So, I just have to remember, if I'm out there being myself, I may just be hit on, and that's fine.
But, one thing I refuse to do, is dress like a slob, to be un-attractive.

Thanks girls for the great comments. I really do not want to upset anyone and if I did, I am sorry for that. But truth be told. When one is dressed as an attractive women and LOOKs the part totally, well "she" is telling the world and men like myself that she wants to be a women, treated and respected as one. And I will have no regrets in saying that I in my own little world, am attracted in a big way to "that special women".

When I first started to cd, I thought of "being a lovely woman for a day." The only times I ever went out, I know, that part of me wanted to be noticed, by men. It DOES come with the territory. Guys are magnetically drawn, to an attractive female form, especially when dressed really ladylike! The first full day, that I went out, I recieved four or five catcalls, and one sexually charged shout, from cars, as I strtted my stuff, down city sidewalks. I am surprised, there were not even more, but, I stayed clear of, any close contact, keeping some distance from people. It does not surprise me, that some admirers, or even regular men, are attracted to us, when we are all dolled up, looking like classy ladies, and come up to us, at imes, seeking our company. Men are sight motivated, and a cder can look as good, or better, than most gg's. I guess we should expect to be hit on, the more we are out.
