I have a side business being and electrician. I had a job way out of town the week. I met with the owners last week, and did not expect to see them again until next week. Well, it was a sunny day so I decided that Barbara would go along today. I had my wig, makeup, bra top tank top, girly shorts and girly tennis shoes.

Who should come up today but the owners, at first I was scared to death, but there was no place to go. They came in and asked where J*** (may male name) was, as they saw my truck outside. In my best fem voice I told them that I work for him and he sent me up today to do the work. They never batted an eye. We talked business for a while, and then the walked around while I continued to work. They finally left after a while.

I was so excited I could scream. Barbara was out working today and not read.

I will have to take her along on jobs more often.

I've been thinking about a career change and being an electrician as well! I've got a certificate from doing a correspondence Course and work with 120-240Vac equipment, as well as various communication cables, especially CatV.

I'm going to really look into this now girl! :bighug:

Not many of us would have had the guts to do what you did- not that you had much of a choice- but you pulled it off!! Amazing! You must feel wonderful.

I've also worked in people's homes when I knew they were away You have a lot of hutzpa!! I hide when the doorbell rings! :o

And it's true! you get a whole lot done!
