Maybe it's the Spring weather, maybe it's that time of the month :heehee: , I really don't know, but I feel like hearing stories from the CD world that tickle the funny bone. Your stories can be cute or the kind that make you laugh so hard they take your breath away. Here's my "cute" story.
Last year, shortly after coming out to my wife, I accompanied her shopping at a local department store. Suddenly, she turned to me and said, "Now I know why you never minded shopping with me." Gee, do ya think?
Okay, now it's your turn!

On one of our shopping adventures, we were looking for a new pair of heels for her to wear at an awards dinner. She looked at me and said "now I know why you can pick out the cutest shoes...".
Blush!

My wife and I were shopping at Lane Bryant about 7-8 years ago. She found a dress that she really liked. As she comes out of the changing room she's frowning and says that it's to long. I look at her and said "Honey, put the belt on and blouse it." Hearing this the sales women start laughing about my giving fashion advice (good natured). I just looked at her and said "Hey I was raised by a mom and had a sister, I was well trained". Anyway my wife bought the dress and as we walked back to the car I looked at her and said "Can I borrow that sometime"?

When my wife and I were out shopping (I was en femme) she went to check-out and I just hung around some of the clothes racks. It was a long line so I kept looking over to see how close she was to being done. When she finally came over with her purchases she made a comment about the guy ahead of her in line. She said "he kept checking you out the whole time we were in line". Now I'm thinking, I kept looking over at her in line and he couldn't have told that I wasn't looking dirrectly at him. So, did he think I was flirting with him, or was it the other way round? Never found out!

My wife just finished with a bout of breast cancer (she is past the hard part and on to recovery). One day when she was quite sick, she said I was doing a great job of being her nurse. She said we needed to get me a maid's uniform. I told her I was the nurse and should get a nurse's uniform. She said that I was right and was certainly not entitled to a maid's outfit since I hadn't done any cleaning while she had been sick. OUCH!
