View Full Version : Another "First Trip Out" Story

Today I got dressed, ALL feminine clothing (sandles, panties, skort, blouse, bra, breast forms), and drove to the post office to mail some letters (typical first trip).
No wig or makeup, but I had not intended to get out of the truck anyway.
Went well (no arrest, no tar-and-feathers, etc.).
Almost panicked when I opened the garage door to walk to the truck when I saw someone picking through the neighbor's (the house behind ours) trash (not grabage).
It was an oriental "grandfather" that I believe belongs to an oriental couple from down the street (i.e., the couple have small children, and I believe the father's or mother's father is living with them).
He waved without looking up (I believe he is of an age that never threw away "useful" stuff, and is checking the trash to see if there is anything he can use).
I am sure that this is just the first of many trips (now I need a wig and makeup).

Hi Paula!
Congrats!
Good to hear about your first outing. I'd like to hear more of these.
My first unofficial experience, in full femme, was going to the post office, but only in the cover of night.
Definitely get a wig and get some tips on makeup to complete the look.
Keep it up and it will get easier.
Hugs!

Congratulations, Paula. I remember, not too long ago, when I was at your stage, I got all dressed up, including wig, makeup, nails, just to go to the PO drive-thru. Of course, I've been there many times since, several times walking in to the lobby and using the stamp machine. But, I remember, one time, I dropped one piece of mail on the ground at the drive thru box, had to get out of the car, find the piece, and put it in the box. No big deal now, but pretty scarry then. Why not try the fast food drive thru next?

Paula, I am so happy for you, those first trips out the door ARE the hardest, but then each one is easier. Yes get that wig and makeup and the door opens wider and wider.

Be careful around post offices, they are full of uniformed federal employees.
Congratulations on your adventure, you rock girl!

That was simply wonderful, the feel good and the feel safe. I wish I could remember that far back, but it is girls like you who help to recapture some of the feelings of the first and early going out.
Do get a wig, that is much more important than the make up.
Good luck with you new second public life.
