great day at work

I have had several great days at work lately. keep getting all these questions started with maam can you help me and here i am in drab all the time. this from men, women,yougn gg;s and kids. only thing i can see different is been on hormones for about five months now and hair and nails have grown not to femme length yet but getting there also wear diamond studs all the time also rings ,braclets and necklace whatever the cause I have never been happier than when it happens
