A carear question

I know many of us girls have thought about finding a job that we could go to work enfemme, but has anybody done exactly that other than working from home. My wonderfull gf has told me that if i want to live enfemme 24-7 i can but the only stipulation is no hormones or surgery. She also told me that if I want to find a job that i can work as a woman she would totally support me. my problem is that i cant figure what carear path would pay the same as i make now so as not to put my family finaces in jepordy. Any suggestions, thought or ideas?

The medical field, which is where I work, is VERY gender neutral as far as pay goes. Equal pay for equal work is the absolute rule. I expect to make exactly the same after transition.
