Helloe everyone,

I will do my first trip en femme this week end. I want to go to Vegas.
I was wondering if this safe to go (downtown,....) or not. I was also wondering what are the good places to visit as a CD (shop, bars, ....)? What are the things to avoid? anything else I should know...

So ladies, I'm waiting for your inputs.

Ps if you want to :hugs:, let me know.

Delline, I've spent quite a bit of time enfemme in Las Vegas. Much of Vegas is safe, but you must use your common sense. Stay away from any place a GG would net be. Are you traveling alone or with someone else? This will have an impact on your comings and goings. I've ridden public transportation, shopped in the outlet malls, gambled in the casinos, and partied in the bars. If you are looking for somthing CD specific for shopping, you can't beat Glamour Boutique (http://www.glamourboutiquewest.com/). They carry clothing, makeup, wigs, jewelry, shoes... just about anything you could need and they offer makeover services as well. Suede's (http://www.vegas.com/nightlife/gayclubs/suede.html) is a fun club to visit and they serve food as well. I hope you have a great time!

Hi Delline,

I have visited the Glamour Boutique many times. It is a great place to shop (very reasonable prices) or clothes or makeup. That can do a complete makeover for you with photos if you like. Also with prior notice Amy can do a make up lesson (which I really needed). Anyway, it is a fun place to go.

I go to Vegas often and have stayed almost everywhere. There is and event there in the Spring called Diva Las Vegas that I have heard is very fun also (I have not been). You have missed it for this year (I think it was in April). Anyway, if you have any questions about Vegas in general, feel free to message me.

www.geekbabe.com/dlv/vendors look at this site. It's called the "Big List". It will tell you most of the good places to visit and the places to stay away from.
I've been to Diva Las Vegas 3 times, same as Holly, and if you use your head, you can't help but have fun there en femme.
Have fun..........Cheryl

As long as you stay on the main strip where the main casinos are you should be fine. Just be prepared for the standard day laborers bombarding you every minute with adult escort service cards, and salesman giving you the famous line "eh I got tickets for a free show, you interested". :Angry3: Jocelyn

Delline,

My wife and I are doing a wedding in Vegas in June with me being the bride (ah -- to be a June Bride). Carin and Louise are doing the same. We are both using the same chapel -- replete with a make-over/make-up session when getting dressed. The reason I tell you this (since you are traveling alone) is in all of our dealings with the wedding chapel to make arrangements, the staff we have worked with has been great!!! No problems doing a CD wedding -- very accomodating "above and beyond" the call of duty. From a trip out there a month and a half ago (and you can also see certain episodes of HBO's Taxicab Confessions that will verify this), there are female impersonator shows, drag queen shows, and (so I've been told) a nightclub that is very TG friendly -- sorry, can't remember the name, but if it comes to me, I'll let you know.

From all I have seen there, and from what I have experienced in working with the wedding chapel, Las Vegas residents take the city's slogan seriously: "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." If you take normal precautions, I doubt you'll have the first problem -- so remember, if you take a cab, you might end up on HBO (LOL) -- and if you go swishing up Freemont Street, you might end up in the pokey (OTFL). Seriously, Las Vegas is a great place to go and you shouldn't have any problems!!!

(By the way, don't know where you are staying, but the concierge at any hotel won't blink an eye if you ask where to find things like the night club I mentioned. Also, most taxi drivers know all the hot spots, too. Everybody I've met from Vegas wants the city's visitors to have a great time!!!)

Have fun!!! :drink: (H'mmm, that wsn't a Coke, but I still got a smile!)

Barbara

Oh Yeah -- the chapel said they even do bdsm weddings! They're great folks!

I haven't been to Vegas since I was a junior in highschool, and I didn't go enfemme, so all I can say is have fun, after all what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right, I'm sure the folks there have seen it all!

This is wonderful information. I will be in Vegas June 10-13th and plan on a makeover at Glamor Boutique with Amy one night. Would love to hear how the club experiences went!

Thanks everyone. It looks like a lot a people are going this WE. I mean a lot of my friends. I don't really ant to run on them (but Vegas is big !).
This web site (http://www.geekbabe.com/dlv/) says "don't over dress". Since I have a fetish on satin, all my top are satin blouse. So I won't look very casual. Passing or not, I don't care, it's only in the head. But that killed my joy .

I'm still planning, so I will decide tomorrow. Anyways, all the input here are really good to schedule a trip to Vegas.
