Alone and fully dressed from the neck down. It feels great to finally dress, Its been ten years since I fully purged after a short stint of Fully dressing and even going to night clubs shortly after my divorce. My wife of 4 years now was aware of myself soon after I realized I was falling In love. I think telling her BEFORE you got married was key, and a key sign of that was her getting you panties for your wedding. Patience certainly helps, but honesty is in my opinion THE key ingredient to making this work.
