For this comment, please disregard your sexual orientation; this is a general comment/question, for all crossdressers.
I've had some mild facial feminization surgery (chin, lips, eyebrows). I still look 100% a male, but definitely, less "manly" than an average guy, and much more feminine and sexier than before the surgeries, when wearing makeup, earrings, necklace and a wig.
If I've gone beyond crossdressing and started having facial surgery to make me more feminine-looking, but without planning to transform totally into a woman (that is, without thinking of getting boobs and a pussy, or living as a woman), am I considered a transgender or transexual, or still, just a big ol' crossdresser?

I wouldn't be too concerned with labels---if it makes you happy then enjoy it and you shouldn't be afraid to post a photo so we can see the results

I agree with MsJanessa. If it makes you happy and feel more like "you", go for it. Enjoy and have fun being yourself.

Whether you are a TS, TG, CD, whatever, is determined by what you have on the inside, not the outside. Cosmetic surgery only makes you look different, doesn't change anything inside, so you are the same person after surgery that you were before.
As to what category you fit into, that's something that you can say better than we or anyone else can.:2c:

I agree!! Your really hung up on these stereo-typical labels.. And what people think.. Anyone can get what ever surgery they want to enhance their appearence.. Even a fem nose on a guy might make him look better, not necessarily more or less fem., and sertantly doesn't make him TG..
I myself am happy enough with what I have.. And using makeup and such just enhance my presentation.. Makes me look better and feel better...

As others said, surgery ( other than SRS or getting breasts )to enhance your looks doesn't make you TS.
Transgender is anyone from a crossdresser to a post-op TS.

Actually, I DO want to post a picture of myself, but I don't have a digital camera, and my PC is kind of old (usb ports are the newest connectors it has). I need to get an affordable digital camera with automatic click, to be able to get good-quality photos of myself as a girl, and post them for comments. That way, I'll see if the little cash I've spent on "feminizing" my face has been worth it! (at least, I look much younger than my real age; if I look feminine also, that'd be a big plus!

I think having facial feminization surgery does not mean you are a transsexual or transgendered. If that is the limit of your surgery.
