Last Friday I took the afternoon off and spent until 10:00 PM out dressed. That night while laying in bed I was thinking about the fun I had and realized that I visited 21 different stores. That included fast food at one and two bathroom stops at other places though. I was looking for some cropped pants and some sandals. I tried on a few pair of pants but wearing a size 18, for my stomach, I definitely don't have the butt for pants. I wa looking for some sandals with heals but don't want to spend much money. No luck there. One of the best parts of the day was getting my nails done. I have a nail tech who I call and she always gets me in quickly. She always calls me by my fem name and makes me feel good about being there. If there are too many other women there she always has me dry my nails at the same station so I don't have to sit under the UV with the women. This time there was one woman there that kept staring at me. When I left I told her to have a good day because I knew I was having one. She looked kind of shocked but thanked me. (I wonder what she said to my tech after I left.) Another good part of the day was having a man open the door for me at Nordstroms. I almost asked for a makeover there but chickened out at the last minute. Now that I read the posts about MAC maybe I will try again sometime soon.
