I have a job available that you could 'Be' Danielle if you choose. I'd asked to post it in the classified but was denied. If you're interested PM me.

A woman's clothing store would be a great place to be.

The only problem is that the pay is so low.

How about interior decorating, real estate, graphic design, web site design, nursing etc. The list is endless. What do you like to do now?

So what jobs can't you do as a woman?

A waitress in a gay bar? That sounds challanging. Yes, there's a big future in that.

Emma's right on... Unless your independently wealthy.... It sound sooo good but the amount of money you will make wount buy the clothing you want to wear let alone food and housing and some of the other trivial things in life.. Lol

So keep your day job if you have one!!

Gosh there is a endless list of jobs a girl can do. Many girls are able to transition on the job. Check out the possibility in your case. As has been said many jobs are lower paying. Some can work for less and feel lower pay is worth accepting to be able to be a f/t woman. Just know the work will be pretty much the same, no matter what you wear to work. If wearing a dress to work is who you truly are then go for it!

I got the impression we were not talking about a career, but a part time fem job on the evenings and/or weekends... if that's the case, I don't see anything wrong with a "fun" job...

A fun job would be in the lingerie department, especially as a bra fitting specialist. :heehee:

You are looking for a job as a MTF CDer is the essence here? Others are correct in saying "What job cant a women do". But you are not a women and I sense that you are looking for feedback/suggestions on those types of jobs that others would accept you in the role as a CDer.
I would suggest thinking about listing those possibilities where it makes no difference (telemarketer for example) ands hundreds more. They are the easy potentials. Those where it may prove to be auckward you may have to approach with some flexibility, while elliminate those that are just out of the question. As an employer in New Zealand in the hospitality industry (Restaurant) we are not allowed to descriminate. If you were right for the job (presentable, manor, attitude, skills, experience) I would not consider anyone MTF FTM as not a potential candidate.
Look for a job you would enjoy. If youre outgoing and a people person, take a look at hospitality. Waitress, Bar etc.

Too bad most of those nice Receptionist jobs don't exist anymore. Time was every little business had someone just to answer the phone and greet people as they came in. Now there is usually no one at the desk, just a phone to buzz someone elsewhere and the phones are answered by computer & voicemail. :( Sad, that would have suited me very well (once I get the voice down :D)

I have a position where 30-40%% of my time does not require anything but my laptop and cell phone.

I would love to co-rent or share some professional office space with some other gals. Going to work and changing into a nice classy business suit with pearls, or a smart dress would be a dream come true.
