When in Istanbul visiting a mosque I had to wear a cloth around me like a skirt to hide my bare legs. Okay no big deal.

Later around five or seven of us men when visiting an old mosque wore shorts so we were all handed skirts to wear. I stepped forward okay no big deal and the others followed suit.

Gosh it was lovely wearing a skirt at last in front of people I wonder if the others were secretly glad like me to be wearing a skirt in public?

Girls here is your chance if only for a short time to wear a skirt in a relgious house no less. See where it helped lead me to.

Go to Turkey visit a mosque in shorts and you will be given a skirt to wear its a small start girls but a start none the less.

It lead me into becoming Elinor and buying skirts in person
stepping outdoors a few times.
Becoming a Janegirl.

The women had a fieldday taking our photos having a laugh when we tried to stand up after sitting down on the floor.
Yes if you can get up without standing on your skirts you must be a crossdresser. :)

Hi Elinor.

Sounds good to me. I have never been to Turkey but may try it this year, thanks for your advice I will take a few skirts with me then I can wear them all the time JUST in case I want to visit mosque. I always think it is better to be prepared LOL. :D

Then when they come to give out a skirt I can say no thank you I have my own. I would not like the idea of being handed just any old skirt. I mean it may clash with my toenail colour, then there is the worry if it would go with your shoes.

Just a bit too like a worry to me and I like to be relaxed on holiday. So I will take my own skirt thank you. :D
