i'm new as of today with this site. what i have seen so far i love you all. my wife pick out my name for me so i know she is willing to help me with all im going thru. she has put on my make up and teaching me how to do it. after i was dressed up she name me.

Welcome to CD dot com. We're so glad you decided to join us. Although my wife is supportive and helps me with makeup and other things, I came up with my own femme name. Long story short... when I was callig to schedule my first professional makeover, they asked me for my femme name. Didn't have one at the time. The first name that came to mind was Holly. Why? She was blond and a bit of a ditz... just like me! <lol>

I wanted to keep the same first initial, so I looked through naming websites, and decided that I wanted something unique, so I combined the first letter of my male name with part of my middle name and changed the spelling to something more feminine.

... I am a Jr. with a very unique name ...I also have an unusual boy name, but was spared being a Jr. by being given a different middle name than my father.

I didn't choose "Rachel", she came to me while I was looking for her in deep trance, and told me her name.

There are so many Rachels everywhere that I had to add qualifiers. "Ann" is my sister's name and also the name of my best friend and spiritual advisor. "Compton" is a family name on my mother's side.

I am always Julia,My S/O picked the name because with my long blonde wig she said i look like a Julia.But when i change a wig,she changes my name.There is also Patrica and Monica.Keeps things alive.A little change once in a while is a healthy thing.Change the hair,get a new name.But Julia is always and will always be My Name,no matter whats on top.Just makes things interesting,no same old boring routine,Change is good.
