Where to begin…… Well what started out as a business trip with enfemme overtones ended up an enfemme vacation…… Let me explain…..
Based on a meeting in WV Wednesday morning I had planned to get up early Tuesday morning…. Drive to my quick change place…. Change…. Drive to the casino on Wheeling Island… Loose some money enfemme…. Drive to Morantown and shop maybe see a movie, drive to Charleston and spend the night…. Attend the meeting Wednesday morning and drive home….
What really happened so far is…….
Worked Tuesday morning because they need some numbers and a map for a big meeting…. No problem… Now I plan to hit the Casino Tuesday Afternoon… Head out the office door at noon…. Get about 15 minutes down the road… Meeting Wednesday is canceled…. CRAP!!!
Ok, think fast…. OK now No Wheeling Island, The hotel is booked so drive to Charleston, dress and find something to do Tuesday afternoon and evening and most of the day Wednesday…. Drive back to PA and change back to drab at the border… Big difference is it’s now on MY tab not my expense account… Ohh well….
WHEW!!!!
Well, made it to Charleston, got to the hotel and the sky opened up big time… So in drab I grab my pink umbrella (see avatar) and inside to check in.. Get really big smiles from the workmen seeking cover under the awning and one says “You should put that away!!” Why, I like pink!! “No, we need all the rain we can get”….. hehehe Wet workman humor I guess….
So check in, drag all my things to the room…. Dress… and it’s still raining and it’s 5:30 pm. So out the door and into the van… make it to the main road when I look down…. No rings or finger nails!!! Crap!! Turn around…. Quick fix and back in the van we go.. So still have no clue what to do…. Winging it!! Head downtown and it’s almost 6pm and the city is emptying out. Find a parking space on the street, grab my pink umbrella and spend the next hour just walking the streets.. Lots of cars, some people coming and going and no one pays me much attention except two guys…..
I was rounding the corner and there’s this guy setting on a bench and he looks up and says “Well hello”…. I give him the big smile and say “Hi” and keep on trucking… Then about a half a block away I pass buy a parking garage…. And as I’m clicking along in my heels I hear it…… The “whistle” ….. I couldn’t believe it because no one has ever whistled at me before… I pause and look into the garage and there he is…. Big smile on his face…. I smile, turn and off I go… I think my chest puffed out one or two cup sizes… hehehe
So take a few pics, and a movie (see the Photo Forum) and back towards the van. Now I’m standing there in the rain and I start digging through my purse and I can’t find my keys!!! OMG…. I must have dropped them…. So I start to panic and walk back the way I came… Stop check again…. They got to be there!!! Took me another one or two minutes to find them in the bottom of my purse, under all the crap I brought…. DAMN!!!!
Is this getting too long…. Maybe we should take a 5 minute break??
OK….I’m back…. So back on the road and I remember that I saw a dog track west of Charleston towards Huntington. And it’s only 10 minutes or so…. Arrived at the track and not a single sign about slots until I get out of the car and it says “Gaming”!! Cool…. It’s now about 7ish. In the front door and down the escalator smack dab into the slot machine parlor…. Packed with people… LOTS of people.. So I mill about smartly and find a machine I like to play and start loosing… lol And after a few minutes the drink girl walks buy and says “Darling…. Would you like a drink” Sure, I’d love one!!! WOW Whistle and Darling in an hour…
Well I continued to play the slots and various drink girls came over to see me… Sweet girls too!! And I mingled with the masses …… No one really paid attention to me at all…. I used my own voice… And I took a few photos with the flash off…..
Then it happened…. “Maam!!” “Maam!!!” I turn from my machine and here’s a security guard standing there…. I figured the gig was up and they were throwing the crossdresser out….. “It was reported that you took a few photos on the floor” Yes, I did…. “Well it’s not allowed” Ok, Sorry I didn’t know…. “Ok, well don’t’ do it again….. Have a nice evening Maam” WOW… My heart was racing at this point…. And got Maamed to death too!! Lol Don’t know if he figure me out but the way I see it he did or might have… As mater of fact for all I know everyone clocked me… But again I didn’t care… But for that reason I didn’t use the ladies room…. Just to be safe….
Finally a pretty middle aged woman sat down next to me and started chatting… About the weather and I agreed that it was nasty… And we played side by side for 15 minutes and she got up to leave and put her hand on my shoulder and said “Dear…. You sure have patience to sit her and play the same machine” I replied that I fell a big payoff coming!! She laughed and vanished into the crowd…
Well after loosing about $60.00 I looked at my watch and it was after 10:00 pm…. Time to go back to the hotel…. Via Burger King for a shake…. Walked in through the hotel lobby and gave the clerk and hand wave and a “good night”…..
It’s not the day I planned…. But it’s been a fantastic day after all…. Can’t wait for tomorrow… Plan to go down dressed for the continental breakfast!! May have to check out in a hurry…. Hehe
