Well, I'm still on my journey to find out. In former times it was only the desire to see my girlfriend dressed up in sexy cloth or underwear and I always loved the feeling of silk or satin on my skin. This grows up and I was always having a piece of satin-nighty in my bed for sleeping/masturbation (not wearing it) when I slept allone. I was still in a relationship when I was starting to buy lingerie for my seccond secret life. I worked in a different town, had a seccond flat there, so we were often seperated.

On one of my shopping tours I bought a new nighty without realising that this was a special. When I paid there was the big surprise - a full package (nighty + panties + garter belt + stockings) was presented to me by the sales clerk. So I thought, let's try it and I loved it, but couldn't act out as I wanted - still living in a relationship. Often I stayed the weekends at this seccond flat and told my wife that we have shit lot of work to do in the company.

Two years ago we split up and on the next day valery was born. Now I got more underwear and lingerie as my ex-girlfriend. I always use female body care products - they are much better anyway and that's also exactly what I tell all my friends when they are astonished by using my bathroom. I shave myself complete but not the legs (only shortening). More and more girls like it when their boys shave underarm hair, breast etc., so this is also no problem for me, far from it the girls around me try to convince their boys also to do it.

I always wear panties and tops when I'm home, in the evening lingerie and silk- or satin-lingerie in bed, it's also much more comfortable. Here and there I wear panties or stockings underneath when I'm outside. No tops because you can see the straps nearly through everything.
If I like, I turn myself completely into valery and dress up in lingerie, with make-up, but I never go out in public. I'm far away of having a complete collection of street clothes and I'm not yet disposed for my coming-out, maybe I will never do.

I'm actually having a awesome time picking out what I like and what I'll donate to goodwill. :) The cool thing is that A LOT of her old clothes fit me and they aren't too small or too large. Jokes aside, in terms of the types of clothes I buy, I have some of everything from everyday casual through to semi-formal eveningwear, beachwear/swimwear, and a couple of pieces of sportswear. Very little in the way of jewelry or accessories and only a few pairs of shoes so far. I've gone shopping for a full formal ballgown before but never found anything that would fit (I still want a full formal ballgown and all the accessories to go with it but finding one that will fit my chest means that the hips are wrong, and what fits my hips won't fit my chest, etc). I've also been looking at a few Japanese web-stores recently that handle costumes (maids, gothic-lolita, schoolgirl, anime, etc) recently and plan to pick up a couple of costumes as well.

On my "to do" list are a few more seasonal items, some more shoes to round out my footwear options, some jewelry, and a couple of purses/handbags.

I never used to understand why so many GG's seemed to need such large collections of clothes/shoes/accessories compared to GB's. Now I know, all to well. :heehee:

In terms of where I wear them, I'm not openly out, so the only clothes I wear in public are the ones that aren't blatantly fem (casual fem jeans and tops), but I still know who they were made for. The rest of the clothes are purely for my personal enjoyment.

I NEVER wear any lingerie under my male cloths and when I sleep, I sleep as a male. My wife would freak out if I would do otherwise...

Mind you I was not there to attract the attention from the John's, but I was there only to see if I would pass as a **** too. And, according to the reactions I think I did pretty well.

When I dress, there comes a moment when I really get the urge to become as much woman as I can as fast as I can. Normally that urge comes as soon as I have finished putting my undergarments and stockings on. Than I really want to have my shoes and my (fashion) jewelery on right away. Even before I get into my skirt...

So what kind of cross dresser I am? I am in there for the thrill for being out there in public and I always keep pushing my boundaries. Every time I am looking for a new thrill and now I want to hook up with other cross dressers in Victoria to do the walk and the talk together. A girls day out shopping! Any candidates out there?

Gawd, I might sound very boring compared to most. When I was young, it was just lingerie, though I did try on my sister's skirts and tops, even her shoes. Along with lingerie, I loved my sister's red 2-piece swimsuit. It felt so feminine and fit nicely, but my sister had boobs!
I still like lingerie, but now it's hard to get out of my denim skirts or shorts! I dress very casually in that manner, but fashion-sensed. Great question. Not sure I know as the answer has changed over time. Today I am a person who is a realist, that is, I know my limitations in terms of presenting as a woman, so I act accordingly. As for who I am deep down in my soul, I am a woman who has the outward appearance of a very male man. Such is life. If I had known what I know now back when I was a child, I wouls have tried to persuade my folks to let me transition. Not sure that would have been right, but it would have been my preference. At this point, I am just an occasional CD. While I'd love to go out and dress more often, I simply don't have the privacy to do it. I work a 9-5 job, and by the time I get here, my family is home (my mother and sister).

I'm very eager to move out and have a place of my own, and the drive for dressing is fueling my drive for getting out of this house. So I think I am fortunate in that aspect :).

But when friday night hits off comes the work clothes and into Ashlie's closet I go.. I spend pretty much all weekend all dolled up.. with my hair curled and all the wait i lost my wife and best firend think I am hotter than most girls they see.. and heck in my mind if a guy gets the door for me or I am with my wife at a resturant and the hostess say smoething like "how are you ladies doing tonite?" it jsut makes me feel all special and stuff..

As for me, I'm still in the closet. That works for me right now. I am happy with that. I know that I could not pass now or any other time. Being 6'4" in stocking feet, I would be a freak in heels. My body is too masculine.
