View Full Version : Does your pet favor her over you?

Not long ago we got possession of a young cat. When I am in male mode she really doesn't make a fuss over me. When I get dressed up, she comes around and rubs up against my nylons and wants me to play with her. My question is, does your pet favor either your male side or your femme side when you dress? Our FTM friends can answer this, too, if they want to.

My dog doesn't behave different, I think he couldn't care less ;o) He has the habbit though of observing me very closely when I put on makeup and as dogs are: these looks...
I do wonder what the other dogs in the neighbourhood think when I take him for a walk. Silly humans?

I'm sure my cat looks at me and thinks 'What are you wearing?'
She could just be commenting on my dress sense though....

My dog really doesn't like to associate with me when dressed. I guess he knows that I won't be taking him for a walk while dressed like Eva. He sort of ignores me.:o

He sort of ignores me.:oBoth my dogs (puppies) look at me sorta' weird..! Must be the fact the the SO almost never wears dresses/skirts and they only see me 'dressed' every now and then... Tough with a 16 year old DS in the house..:heehee:

When I had pets -- three dogs and two cats at one point! -- I don't think they ever took notice of what I was wearing. They treated me the same no matter what.

Maybe you're just friendlier or happier in female mode.

My cat was really confused when I started dressing, especially when I was wearing a wig and makeup. Over time she has become accustomed to this other part time owner.

I have an old mouton fur coat that I wear in the winter and my cat seems to really love it. But no other pet response other than that.

My puppy doesn't care either way. My last dog sure did. I had to keep her in the basement when Mileena was around.

My dogs are the same whether or not I'm dressed or not. I, on the other hand seem to push them away more than I should. I love them but they always want to snag my hose. Sorry dogs.

The dog isn't mine. It belongs to the grandkids. It's a rat terrier.

However, it doesn't seem to care one way or the other except when she wants to sleep in my lap. Then she prefers that I am wearing a skirt and uses it like a hammok (sic?).

Dogs I have had in the past could care less what I was wearing.

I'm glad to see that I wasn't imagining the difference as some of you have also noted a change in your pet's behavior between your male presentation and when you dress en femme.
Sharon, maybe you're right. I am happier en femme. Although it would seem like cats don't really care how you feel as they seem to be all about themselves.
And, Julie, I don't feed the cat either en femme or drab.

Nah...my dog doesn't care what I wear or how I look. She just wants her food, to be taken out when she needs to do her business, and given lots of attention and affection...which she returns ten fold whether I'm in male or female mode.

Wendy told me that dogs are good people...and she was right!

The two cats I am owned by, don't really give a crap. They hate everyone. Their Fluffy Majesties will sometimes bestow small tokens of affection, (usually in the form of eviscerated rodents and reptiles) upon those with opposable thumbs, and are thus able to prepare their Majesties' supper.

And believe me, I could come prancing out dressed up like Marilyn Manson and they wouldn't twitch a whisker. They'd only glance up and say, "Pffft.... What-EVERRRR... Where's our food, bish?!"

All of our pets prefer me in female mode. They respect me in male mode though they would rather stay outta my way. I would say that my animals benifit from the fem side of me. Tiffy gives much more attention then (he) does. Much more relaxed and not as loud either.
