Alternate ID in Florida???

Does anyone know the procedure to get a fem ID (from the Drivers license bureau I guess) for my fem personality? I have friends in GA who have them.

Also - can I get it in my fem name or just a fem pic on my guy ID?

Check around to see whether there's a legal center in FL that gives advice to the LGBT community. Your question has legal implications, so I'll give you one piece of advice: You absolutely DO NOT WANT to take legal advice from strangers on a Web forum!!!!! For legal advice, you need a lawyer.

My vague impression is that since 2001, the Homeland Security apparatus has cracked down on ID shuffling. You could conceivably wind up in a lot worse place than you want to go.

That said ... boy, I wish I could get a driver's license as Jenna Lynne! The idea that you can only get one if you let them cut off your you-know-what is just barbaric.
