Okay, my kids and wife are at the football game, I've got $75 bucks to spend and four hours (so I think) to go out and have fun. So it's break out the stash and choose a blue skort, white t-shirt and blue cami top to go over it, makeup and Mickey Mouse purse and it's out to car. And, in a bow to Karren's preparedness, I take an extra bag with my wig and few spare clothes and makeup wipes to clean up in a hurry if needed. I headed to a road side turn out to put on the wig because I didn't want to scare the neighbors when I left (guy two doors down is a total redneck with no love for TG's).
Anyway, I head to the other end of the city for the Sears Clearance store, and Sears is having a warehouse sale :) First thing I want is a denim mini so I wander the store and find two that I like. One is $10 and the other $15. Off to the change rooms and I waltz in like I own the joint. Woohoo both skirts fit (they're 12's) but the one is just drop-dead cute. Of course it's the $15 ;) 'Kay, we're not done yet. Keep wandering picking stuff off the racks and find three more skirts and a black blouse -- looks hot on the hanger. Get back to the change room, slip on the skirts and find two that I like better than the hotness-personified denim one :) And the blouse? Well, it was a 12 and didn't fit my forearms since it was 3/4 sleeves. If they would have had a 14 I probably would have bought it. Oh well.
Anyway, picked up the two skirts and walked to various checkouts, trying to find one that didn't have too long a line up. No such luck because it's a clearance store and anybody buying has tons of stuff. But when the girl rang through the purchases I was the one laughing because one skirt was on 60% off the $10. So I got both for $14 :D The pic below is my favorite of the two. http://comreich.ods.org/~krichard/pics-200707/IMG_2695.JPG
After Sears, it was back to Zellers. I picked up a pair of capris, a dress, a couple of bras and a long shirt with fooler top. Walking into the change room the girl called me back with a "Ma'am, how many items?" That's right, she called me "Ma'am". How 'bout that :) The capris fit but nothing else caught my eye. So I wandered over to the shoes and ended up picking up two pairs of wedgie sandles
Then it was back home to de-princess before the kids and wife got home. But I snapped a couple of pics before. The skirt is above...the capris below.

If I got clocked over the night, nobody made a fuss and the change rooms were a blast. Looking forward to the time I can do this again.
Oh yeah, you can see the new sandles in the pictures too :) The black pair, even though they're 10's, fit really nicely.
