Well girls, I finally did it. I went to my first party, EN FEMME. You read right en femme. There is a club here "THE ST. LOUIS PARTY GIRLS', and they throw a party once a month.
I was so neverous I drove around the block before I finally parked. They had the place secured by the local police, and everything. I almost turned around but there was someone coming up the stairs behind me. No choice now so through the door I went. It was pure heaven. Keri met me at the door and took me around and introduced me to everyone. :) That made my night but it got better. Bill, our host, was just wonderful. And he is a fantastic camera man. (And yes he did snap my pic with Keri) :D I will post it as soon as I can get it.
I'm so lously on names that I can't remember everyone, but I want to thank Keri for making me feel so welcome. To Bill, such a great host and bartender, and cameraman, (he does great work), Kirsten of the St. Louis Gender Foundation, who has invited me to their next meeting, and to join their organization. :D
A special thanks goes out to everyone of you girls here. Without you here to share your stories I would be stuck to late night walks on empty streets. Hugs and kisses to you all. And last but not least to my wife who helped me pick out my dress, hair, and makeup.
Hugs and kisses, Noel
