Hello girls,

I have been wondering lately, since recently being laid off from a decent mangerial position, how does one go about finding work as a CD? I'm not talking about going to a reg'lar nine2five dressed up like a Wall Street Tiger-Woman, but something risque such as a CD/TS/TG lounge-bar-club or restaurant, TG-friendly boutique, etc.

Any suggestions?

You know, I have been pondering that myself. I was laid off from a decent paying job last year, and I have not had any luck in finding anything else that pays remotely well.

So I am currently stuck in a rather low paying job.

I've also considered being a CDing entertainer. There is a gay bar in our city and it features drag queens. I've thrown around the idea about seeing if they are looking for any new 'drag queens'. The idea maybe far fetched, but we'll see.

You may want to consider cosmotology and/or employment with CD/TG friendly shops, especially those that do transformations for clients... just a couple of thoughts.

i hear ya,i am currently employed nicely,but i am searching for cd/tv/ts/tg strip club...just want the thrill,attetion and admiration. so far no luck

Hi Dominique,
You're lucky that you live in NYC as there are quite a few TS/TG/CD clubs there. A friend of mine used to work at one of them as a dancer/stripper until she had her surgery and was no longer one of the "special" girls. I'm sure it won't take long to find them. If you have trouble and want some help IM or e-mail me. I think I have a list of them someplace.
