I just ordered 3 pairs of them. I'm a woman who wears heels every day so I'll let you know if they really work as soon as I get them. Should be sometime next week (week of 8/12 - 18).

If those are the leather inserts that fit on the balls ofyour foot, and stick down to the shoe;. Then maybe these are better...BJ

I just bought a pair of classic pointy toe pumps with 4" heels at Target.Black. They are hot!But----big difference than the 3" pair I have, which I can walk around in very nicely.Gonna take some practice!I'm hoping to get out next month.

I really have to thank my mother that she gave me her feet. I can fit in to a womens size 9.5 or 10 US. My wife and i adore shopping for shoes alot and heels are a big part of the pack. My first tiem ever wearing heels for 6 straight hours I wanted to cry or strangle someone, but my wife did say to keep practicing. now i hardly ever notice im wearing them as long as i get to sit down.

Practice makes perfect, stand tall, slight bend in the knees and walk one foot in front of the other :)

Well girls, they arrived in todays mail. I put one pair in the heels I'm wearing now but haven't had them in long enough to notice a big difference. The one drawback that I can see is that they don't recommend taking them out of shoes once they're in place. As for me, I have something over 50 pairs of heels so that is out of the question. I fully intend to change as needed. I guess I'll have to use them for a few days to know if they work so you can look for more input sometime next week. Bye for now.

I've used them long enough now to have an opinion. I really don't see any difference in the way my legs or feet feel after using them. Maybe it would be different after long term use. Another problem is that they say don't change them from one pair of shoes to another. Now I understand why it's not practical. When you first put them in a pair of shoes you peel a small portion of the adhesive backing off to get the proper fit. With just a small portion of it off it's easy to make adjustments. Then you're supposed to remove the rest of the backing so they'll stick in place. At about $10/pair I'm not about to buy enough to put in all of my shoes. Like I mentioned, I have at least 50 pairs so it would definitely be cost prohibitive. Looks like I'll put them in the three most worn pairs af heels and forget about it.
