Rodney Evans, recently fought a public battle against school administrators over wearing women's clothes and her reaction when confronted by school officials.

I'm certain the adminstration gave girls who wear pants the same amount of grief, cause you know... they believe so strongly in equality.

Her attorneys met with school officials this month and hammered out an agreement that got her back in school. And Rochelle must attend summer classes to make up for missed classes.

Yeah, and the girls who wore pants had to get attorneys and attend summer school for missed classes.

Probably not. At least evans won this battle. It is a good thing.

Strangely enough I truely believe in equality. Even more strange most people don't.

Kids these days! I don't think I would have had the guts to come out in high school. Oh well...

When the story of her suspension first came out, everyone was told it was because of how she was dressed. This raised a lot of anger in the trans community, and I didn't believe it for a minute, as she had been crossdressing all the time and not been suspended before.

In a later story she admitted her suspension was because she cursed a teacher.

The school never had a problem with what she wore. Which is a good thing in and of itsself.

I hope that her classmates aren't getting too much ******* porn wile doing their research on transgendered people like us. It took me a long time to find this forum many years ago. It was much more easy to find porn when looking for anything transgendered. I do think it's better now. Not that there is anything wrong with ******* porn.
