I'm trying to put together a bit of trangender info for my work. I gather that they have no obvious company polacy, and that most of the personel staff (and probably most of the other senier staff) have never worked with a transexual employee (at lest at my stage of transition), and hence need a bit of educating (not that they're being a problem, it's just that they know next to nothing about it); and I think that those who havn't already had contact with me are rather nervous to talk to me (and are woried that they'll do something 'wrong').
I've compliled a bit of general information, but I'm unsure as to what that legistation is, and would like to include that too.
So if anyone has anything they feel counts (or know where I can find more stuff), It'd be gratly apreciated.
