Has any one used Kaylo? If so does it matter if you shave or do you have to wax to get it to work? Thanks Bobbie

Bobbie,

I've used Kalo and have had 'some success' with it. It requires hair removal down to the root, so epilating, plucking or waxing is needed.

By 'some success', I mean that it has noticeably reduced hair growth in some areas, particularly my lower shins & ankles. Remember that your hair grows in different 'seasons', meaning some hair follicles are active, while others are inactive. Kalo will stop the roots of active hair.

I removed almost 1 season of hair in some areas, so it takes about a month or 2 for the hair to fully start growing again.

The key, I think, is getting the solution down the follicles to the roots. This requires strong 'kneading' of the skin, wetting it again, massaging, etc.

I wish I had a few extra hundred dollars, I'd buy a bunch and just soak in it...
