Finally got a frickin' avatar...sort of...

Started playing with my camera and images after lunch. I have this neat little camera that can work as a web cam, a camera and also 30 seconds of video. Trouble is, the software is poorly documented and very sequence specific. I gave up trying to get the pics out of the photo software album and worked on a couple of images from my Palm Pilot. The avatar was from our Christmas holiday in the mountains. Had to crop it so much to get it to fit, there isn't much left.
I got started when I took some pics of how I use hanging hangars (the sets that hang one below the other) to save closet space with boots. got some nice pics, if I live long enough, I will share them with you. wenda.

I was so pleased to have an avatar I forgot about my eyebrows. I have been working on my eyebrows for a while. First, I trimmed the really coarse hairs out of the brows, then took progressively more from the centre. I had a lot of fine hair, just barely visible, at the outer ends of the brows, below the brow itself. Trying to pluck them was frustrating and more painful than the brow. I had some wax strips that I had had poor results with, but cut them down, and did the centre, right above my nose... good results... got rid of the little fine barely visible hairs, so then I did strips along the top of my brows, and it defined them nicely. So, then I applied strips below the outer ends of the brows and it worked well. Of course it took about 15 minutes of work with oil on makeup remover pads to get the leftover wax away so that my eyelids could work again. Pretty happy with the job. Now I need to focus on eye makeup. wenda.

Now I have this figured out. This avatar is a pic I took of my first boots. Sitting where I am right now. Still love the boots. It looks like the system changes all of your avatar images throughout the system. wenda.
