I got into trouble because I haven't been here and asked questions like I was supposed to after the Julie issue... with that being said, I want you all to know that I forgot what I was going to ask you. I didn't not come here because of anything other than, I spend all my time on this website and this adds to my list of things to read.. and then I get all into it and have to post.. and more time slips by.. so I hope that no one is offended by my lack of participation.

STUD means Stand to Urinate Device, they are a prosectic penis much like the MtFs have breast forms we have packers (penis'), but the stand to pee/urinate devices have a non latex tubing through it so that we have the choice to pee with GMs, lots of transitioning boys take this option but non transitioning also do, they are NOT a toy!!!, ive known people who have had to have their penis amputated to have to use something similar

Hey, that was my line from Seth's thread! So I suppose I'm the one who should be answering your question even though Kieron beat me to it. (Man, you're fast.)

STP/STUD means stand to pee/stand to urinate device. Mango is a company that makes them (as well as other things). And no, it's not 'porno type.'

Unlike the MtF bottom surgery, the FtM bottom surgery not only takes many operations, leaves many scars, but also doesn't get very good results. So for many of us, a vital part of our bodies is missing and we can't get one the way it should be. Therefore, we depend on prosthetics, packers (ie. fake ones), and STP/STUDs. Stand to pee devices can make it easier for us to use the mens room and pass as male, but they tend to be difficult to use.

There is a type of STUD that is for non-FtM women (usually) called TravelMate http://www.travelmateinfo.com/ it's useful if you're going to be camping or going to a country where you might not trust the toilets. But the Mango one is geared towards being more like the real thing and less like a convenience.

Nope you didnt offend but i posted that for people getting the idea they are toys when they are not, they aid us to pass as men in the bathroom situation

I think the website that sounded like porn was probably the one I posted (djknowsdicks.com). Pages that sells STUDs do have images of very realistic prosthetics, and often pictures of them being worn, so buyers get an idea of how they fit etc. So not porn, precisely, but also not for kids.

As far as them not being toys, they aren't. But I also know of women on another board I'm on trying out some of the things I say I do to look more/feel masculine (binding, men's underwear, even in one case a soft packer). People are just curious. I know if I had a STUD, I'd love to be able to play with it and write my name in snow, etc.
