I work out of a home office (alone) 80% of the time and can dress most days, all day, if I wish...I think it makes me more productive to dress while working.

Another job would be working for as a L'eggs manufacturers representative. I have seen "L'eggs" labeled Vans where a manufacturers representative would go to the retail customers in a specific territory to take orders and stock the shelves with L'eggs pantyhose. For some reason this always seemed like a cool job since Leggs were my first love in term of pantyhose.

Beleive it or not I would like my present job as a car salesperson. It's clean and I would be able to wear whatever was fashionable. Of course walking in heels would be pretty tiring but thats the sacrifices you would make.
Reality though, it is a pretty sexist business and if I came out it would probably end my career. There are very few women salespeople around and it is not tolerant of differences.

I would merely like to be able to sit at my desk wearing a skirt & hose. I wear panties, hose & a slip underneath my slacks to work fairly often. Much of my work time is spent inside a locked room w/o windows, in a high security zone that few people have access to. So, there's not exactly a lot of 'traffic' through there. Many times as I push up under my desk to concentrate on my work, i think of how wonderful it would feel wearing a skirt to work - the cool air underneath my skirt, the feel of my legs as they slide together when I cross my legs...

In the past, I've brought a slip to work when I had to work late nites, and would take off my slacks, walking around the room in a slip & hose, bare-stocking footed, as I worked. It was great !!! Those days are gone though - too much security these days - the walls have eyes (&ears).

Many of my co-workers 'know' about my interests though - they're open-minded about it. Two ladies were joking w/ me yesterday, circumstantially, about 'wearing a dress' - one lady said the fax was unplugged & she couldn't get under the desk to reconnect it. Another lady called me, saying "Sheila says the fax is unplugged, and she can't get to it because she's in a dress, so we thought we'd call you and see if you could reconnect it..... uhh, unless you're wearing a dress too, and if so, I guess we can try someone else".

I laughed & said "No, no, I'm afraid no dress today. I save those activities for after work - otherwise I'd have nothing to look forward to at the end of the day". She laughed, and they joked w/ me about it when I went to see about the fax.

Yeah - if Rhonda could come to work. That would be the ultimate job. She'd love it.

I'd *hate* working retail, being on my feet all day, having to deal with 'stupid' customers and listening to them insist that the stuff in the bag they just handed me was 'just bought here yesterday!' even though they don't have a store receipt, they don't have a credit card receipt and the labels are from a line that this store doesn't even carry.

I'm pretty much happy in the job I'm in ('Senior Information Engineer') even though I could never do it while dressed.

I guess if I had a 'fantasy' job it would be a college professor, at a liberal college, but teaching aerospace engineering or quantum mechanics or something like that. Or perhaps 'asteroid miner'. :)
