Well today a co worker that is trying to get me to say i'm gay called my a drag queen. Instant snap. I rolled my neck snapped my fingers and then waved that pretty little thing in his face and said i'm not no drag queen dont you get it twisted . Of course this is all with my hands on my hips. Every stared at me until I said well if you want a drag queen I can get you one. THen every one started laughing.


Of course I did come verry close to saying i'm not an F**ing queen I'm TS.

Don't know what the laws are in your state, but you might have a good case for sexual harassment, especially if it continues.

I think even if the full ENDA Bill makes it to W's Desk, it will be vetoed. So, can't help you right now with a federal law.

Can't imagine your bosses are going to be thrilled, if this kind of behavior continues. They don't like potential lawsuits....or any kind of trouble! I would let them know about it.

There are always ways to handle that kind of thing. I've thought about my work as well. You can always come out and say who you are, it really takes the wind out of gossip. The other thing I considered if I was found out and someone was giving me crap, I'd say something along the lines of, I didn't know you wanted me to be your man so badly. LOL

Most 'phobes hate what they repress in themselves (recently scientifically proven when the vast majority of homophobes tested became more sexually aroused by images of gay porn than openly gay people - all unconsciously but the scientific instruments don't lie).

Also the person in question could be a closet CD or TS or a whole host of other things.

Do you have a union that you are a member of or that you could join?

They would be able to give you free advice on whether there is any grounds for a harrasment case. I think if this is a regular occurance I can't see why this isn't harrassment and Management should take steps to stop this.

I think he is going stop. Well he got more than he wanted when a gay co worker went up to him and kissed him.

He pulled on some who he thought was not out. In reality this person just does not talk about him self much.

Besides not doing stage shows whats the difference...and whats wrong with being gay....or a Drag Queen...we are all just people trying to get through this thing called life....it seems to me no matter what we call ourselves if we have no pride and have to hide who we are whats the point...
