Sorry, I know the picture is a bad one but I am trying without success to photograph myself. I will post new pics when my wife is able to take them for me.

If your camera has a timer delay and you have a tri-pod, you can take pictures by yourself.
I did a similar type of mirror shot you did, but then a CDer friend mentioned that I should use the timer and a tripod.
DUH! Stupid me, I said to myself, and so now I use it all the time.
