What's your level of crossdressing? Just curious to hear what others say. I'd say I'm a level 3, with no interest in taking it further.

LEVEL 1: Just wears panties. No other fem clothing or make-up.

LEVEL 2: Panties and other fem clothing like skirts, pantyhose. lingerie. No make-up

LEVEL 3: All fem clothing. Shaving various areas. Wearing make-up and wigs

LEVEL 4: Same as 3, in addition to tucking and use of breast forms


LEVEL 6: Either 4 or 5, plus hormones.

LEVEL 7: Same as 6, plus pre-op

Now crossdressing is what we all do.. But who we are determines where we go.. Case in point L6 and L7 don't really have much to do with crossdressing but more along the lines of wanting to be a woman or womanish.. So imho, crossdressing stops at L4 and gender ID takes over above that.. Did you get these from somewhere or make them up yourself?

Level 4 is my peak, but the majority of days I stay at level 1 or 2. Going to level 4 can be a lot of work for a lazy CD, and underdressing gives me 75% of the satisfaction for 25% of the work :D

Mostly a 5, but social/family commitments keep me from shaving much beyond my face. Maybe this winter!

There is another step that I found tremendously fulfilling - Hip/Tush padding. I am getting pretty happy with my home made foam/briefer bottom end (lots of tries and retries) and as soon as I started wearing it, I felt a rush of "realness". All of a sudden, my clothes started to fit the right way, and my top was not 2 sizes bigger than my bottom.

I may be the only girl in the world who pads her booty to get to size 18, but there is no way my top half is ever going to be much smaller than that.

When I dress I wear all fem clothing except for the tops which are from the menswear department but somewhat ladylike.

I wear a wig, foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow and liptstick. I varnish my nails if I have plenty of time.

My ears are not pierced (unfortunately) but like to wear earrings that look like if they were pierced.

I shave my shoulders, pluck my eyebrows and trim the hair on my hands..


I guess that makes me a #3

I dress secretly when home alone or away on a trip. Have never been ouside dressed.

If I had known how I feel about dressing now, 15 years ago (before getting married and starting a family), perhaps I would have chosen a different path now I would be spending a sustantial part of my time, if not all, as a woman.

I tucked on day 1 and then was at level 1 for 20 years, moved to level 3 for 10 years, and have been happily at 4 for 10 years. Level 5 as described does not appeal to me so I guess this is where I stay!

I will say that attending SCC in 2006 certainly moved me to a more comfortable, frequent, and acceptable level 4.

Lingerie, hosiery, and heels do it for me most of the time, although I like to wear a pretty dress or skirt set too on occasion. I haven't taken the time to try makeup for probably 10 years or so now, same with the wig I have. I don't have real breast-forms, but I do have these amazing shoulder pads from one of the 80s outflts the wife was sending to Goodwill which, with a folded pair of socks to back them, give me a pretty good C cup!

I do shave some areas, mostly because I'm getting more inappropriate hair as I get older! In fact, I'd like to have some permanent laser hair removal done and the rest of my body done one time so I get regrowth but not as thick as it is now. Right now I have a "Brazillian" that includes "the boys" and my armpits done.

Level 2 and been there for fifty years wearing stockings and garterbelts under business clothes almost every day except in hot weather. I usually wear nude or light beige stockings with normal mens' socks over the stockings. Just love the stocking massage and the movement of the straps as I move about.

I am a 2 with some 3 and 4. I shave everything but my head and arms. I don't have real forms and no wig and make up. I do tuck a lot of the time. I like the way tucking make me feel and look. I wear panties and pantyhose and thigh-hi's 24/7. My wife tolerates my dressing but no bra. She even bought me two lacy cami's. I think this is a far as I will go.

I am now a level 2 CDer, so I can change quickly if friends who know me as a male are expected or drop in, but away from our hometown where it is unlikely that I would be recognized, I want to go “all the way”. I am glad to hear that other wives reluctantly accept crossdressing. I have heard too that sexy clothes, jewelery, and makeup don’t make a woman a woman, but CDing is sensual for me as my wife often says that she doesn’t want or have time for sex or looking sexy. I would say her wardrobe is masculine, no skirts, slips, or sexy clothes to “borrow”, only plain bras and panties, and if she knew I wear them when they are in the laundry, I’m sure she would not leave them there. If she doesn’t want to look like a girl, I do.

She tolerates underdressing when it is medically necessary, but she aeeks alternatives to my wearing “girl things” and definitely doesn’t want me to wear a bra when I’m out with her. She was very cold to it when I said her panties fit me and they seemed like a good alternative to men’s no-fly briefs, and that a woman’s short tank-top slip was really just a long undershirt that is easier to tuck in (and keep tucked in) to women’s pull-on slacks. A few months ago, I noted that her late Mother’s pull-on pants were my size and I suggested that I wear them. She not only said no, but HELL NO.

I enjoy underdressing, but I now want to go “all the way” and appear in public as a female and use a ladies restroom with my wife if I am presenting as a woman. I want to appear as a female android at the Star Trek xonvention in Las Vegas in August, but I will need to “sell” the idea to my wife that since we will be competing in a costume contest, it will be just like Halloween. My “costume” will probably be to appear as a nagging female android who looks quite human and wears a black, sleeveless, empire-waist, floor-length dress. Multiple copies of her existed, so I plan for my wife and I to be “twins”. (For those of you who are familar with the origibal ST, the character is Stells Mudd.) There is a transformation boutique not far from the LV Hilton. and I have communicated with others who have been en femme in Las Vegas for several days.

GGs – if you encourage or accept MtoF crossdressing, do you do so because you want to “wear the pants” and do you feel a CD is challenging your sexuality by impersonating a female when out with you? (My wife says that she married a man, not a woman.)

LEVEL 1: Just wears panties. No other fem clothing or make-up.

LEVEL 2: Panties and other fem clothing like skirts, pantyhose. lingerie. No make-up

LEVEL 3: All fem clothing. Shaving various areas. Wearing make-up and wigs

LEVEL 4: Same as 3, in addition to tucking and use of breast forms


LEVEL 6: Either 4 or 5, plus hormones.

LEVEL 7: Same as 6, plus pre-op
