Hey sorry, I don't mean to be rude, here's the story...

I have found my true me... I need breasts... I want breasts and I will get breasts... My wife is all for it!!

Problem:
I have a very aprehensive family and I don't want to confuse my daughters.

So:

Can I get a A or B cup size through surgery and "hide" my darlings to the outside world??

Or:

Shoud I try hormones and grow a cup A or B????

I've alreaady found a way to have a femenine/masculine eyebrow, a midway haircut, etc. but the next frontier are the wonderfull boobs.....

Any sugestions????????

Cassie

Hormones will effect more than just the breasts as they travel throughout your body. They may be cheaper in the long run, but will cause changes in other areas as well. Surgery may be more exspensive but is isolated to exactily what you want done. Hope that is what you are looking for as to an answer.

Do not go to the expense and danger of some surgery or hormones if you are not sure of the "apprehensive family", use the removable ones and enjoy them as long as you can. When you get past the apprehension that is the time for going further.

Even then I wouldn't go that far for myself, but we all have our own level and yours may be higher than mine. Enjoy

there's a contradiction here: if you want breasts so you can dress and outwardly appear like a woman then they will be obvious to your family.

However if you want breasts just to have the pleasure of knowing you have some breast tissue there, then you can get away with perhaps an A-cup, or less depending on the previous shape of your chest and pecs.

In my case I had substantial pecs when I was younger as a result of a lot of upper body exercise (kayaking). I now have about the same mass, but less muscle, little fat, and some breast tissue. Probably an A-cup, but this is not too evident to an observer. If I didn't keep my chest shaved, it would be unnoticeable if I took my top off. At worst, it's a case of mild gynecomastia that perhaps 40% of the male population suffers from. In our biochemically-polluted society there is estrogen or estrogen-imitating compounds in many products including plastic containers and wrapping and even drinking water, so the incidence of gynecomastia is on the increase.

I did it by using estraderm patches for just 2 months, and am not aware of any other side effects. Please visit some of the more specialist websites if you decide to go the hormone route. PM me if you want.

Thanx for the response... on those patches... dis you notice any other changes on those two months???

One more question, I have heavy chest hair... I want to remove it all, I tried shaving.... bad rash if I do it cleanly,--- stubble if I do it in the direction of growth, plus ingrowns. I tried waxing... bad case of folliculitis... took one month to fix that...

I would try laser but I have read laser works null on grey hair... I have been grey since I was 24... not much help there either (can't even wear mid size hair, have to go with the spikey grandma look!!)

Any suggestions?

Crispy.
For me I'm still doing the grow my own :D method. I don't like hang ons but surgery I'm not keen on. Unless you get the special method of putting them in then you have scars. Plus you have to be keenly aware of them from that point on as not to rupture them.

Good luck on your decision. :)

From what I was told-female hormones-develope breasts, get expolded hips, curvy/exploded butt, weakens the strenth of your sperm-can't make babies, testicles shrink/go inside you and last but not least not be offensive or vulgar-it takes you longer to ejaculate.

is there any other information that i am missing that i need to know about the effects of female hormones? if so please respond or email me at bigchris842000@yahoo.com

Pretty much what I have read, I guessif you want to be a discrete T-Girl (she-male or whatever people choose to call it) then your better choice is surgery. Hormones destroy the man in you. and Testosterone destroys the woman in you. If you (like me) want to be half man half woman or androgyne then you are pretty much screwed.

Any suggestions???

Let me tell you my personal expereince with hormones, and remember, everyone is different. After three months in therapy I asked my therapist to write a letter to a doctor who has many TS patients to begin HRT, that was last November. The doctor started me on 1mg estradiol (oral) for two weeks and increasing by 1mg every two weeks until I reached 4mg and took that for two weeks. Then I returned to see him. When I started, my estrogen level was at 54, the highest normal level for males. When I got the results after two months on estradiol the level went to 57, practically no effect. The doctor said he was baffled as to why I had no response. He then prescribed three months at 6mg. I was depressed because at the time I was planning on transitioning. So I took matters into my own hands and ordered Estraderm 100 patches over the internet. It took about two or three weeks to see results. After a couple of months mh breast development was becoming obvious (to me at least) and with all the fallout from the family's reaction to my transitioning I decided to stop and abandon transitioning.

Then I went through what I call an estrogen crash. I was highly emotional and blew up everything that happened into a bigger deal than it was. I wanted to die but God wasn't ready to take me. I ended up in the hospital I was so distraught. Everything was going wrong and I couldn't handle it. While in the hospital I learned what your body goes through when you go cold turkey off HRT. Besides the estrogen I was also taking spironolactone, an anti-androgen and Fincar, both an anti-androgen and hair rejuvinator (wakes up inactive hair follicles). Now I was going through a lot at the time - divorce, trying to cope with my son not talking to me, knowing everyone knew when I wasn't ready to tell them (thank you ex-wife), losing the house I designed and built (so my ex could get her equity out of it) and to top it off I had just been laid off. There was too much on my plate to put myself at risk of crashing off estrogen. But I didn't realize this and I couldn't see what was happening when I was crashing.

My personal advice is don't self medicate. If you smoke or have heart problems or high blood pressure, to name a few, you put yourself at extreme risk of serious complications or even death. If you really want this so bad, do it right and monitor your levels with the help of a doctor. If you're not willing to go through all that you have to do to do this then you don't want breasts that bad.

Just my two cents.

I agree fully with what Julie is saying here - If any of you girls want to change/develope your bodies do it under strict medical advice.

There seem to be a number of you girls who just buy drugs of the internet or self-prescibe over the counter drugs. DON'T!!!!!!! please, for the sake of your short and long term health.

I transitioned about 5 months ago and I am on prescribed drugs under strict observation - and that hasn't been without it's problems.
