My wife and I went to the bay area this weekend to attend a wedding. So on thursday I stepped out of the closet for the first time! My wife posted here for some suggestions and Megan was kind enough to respond that she was in town. Megan and Allie along with myself and my wife went to dinner. I learned some valuable lessons like no matter how well you walk in heels in the house sidewalks are not as smooth and trying to hurry across the street (and skip over trolley tracks) is out of the question. I would like to thank Megan and Allie for one of the most memorable nights of my life. I dont think I could have gone through it without the support of my wife and them. :love:

WOW!!! That sure was a BIG one for the first time out. Glad everything went well. That makes it easier to do it again...BJ

"WE" had a wonderful time!
Diane was so cool calm and collected you would have never known it was her first time out. And her wife was so sweet, supportive and confident. Diane is a truly lucky girl!
It was a honor to play a part in your first time.

Next time definatly shorter heels. 3 inch is a little to much. Hopefully in about three months we will make a weekend trip just for us.

Diane it was a pleasure to share your first experience out on the town. I know my first time out was a succes because of the people I was with. Now, to just keep up the good work and look for new opportunities to get yourself out and about.
