View Full Version : Sometimes I just feel like showing off (most of myself)

Recently I spent a Saturday at a few local stores finding a few new things for myself. Although I am still close to the vest with my 'other side', I do find happiness in letting Dolana out whenever she feels like it and it is possible. I even enjoyed the looks from the cashiers faces when they knew my purchases were most probably for me. I mean, a bra or hose is one thing, but the waist cincher and the makeup were a dead giveaway. Holding the dresses and sweaters up in front of the mirror the mirror to gauge how they would look was exciting, not to mention the sideways glances as I took a few possible outfits into the fitting room. For a few hours I just did not care. The best was the kind girl at a dress store that helped me pick out something that not only looked great on me, but was priced well also. I enjoy my life as it is, but oh what a rush from delving into my other half.

I've heard from so many of you that going to the Thrift Stores was the way to shop, and it is. After the initial embarassment fo going through the womens racks is over it really is both quite fun and certainly cheaper then eBay!

Good for you! I have shopped for everything but have not yet progressed to trying on, I must work for less fear, your experience sounds terrific.
