Hello all,
Yesterday I seen two rather sad things on the net. The first thing was that
Katiewannabe was closing after 20 years. Katies is a dressing service outside of Philly. I had heard good things about it & had always hoped to go someday.
But, due to constraints of time & money, it never did, and sadly never will.
The second & even more depressing (to me) thing is that ladylike magizine is no more. Ladylike was one of the best T/G magizines that I've ever seen.
I realy did like their work. Joann Roberts is still doing TG forum ( ? I think that's right. ) but due to ever increasing costs she was throwing in the towel.
I know alot of you prefer the 'net, but I prefer print hands down.
I wonder what the third bit of x-dressing bad news will be? That my local support group has disbanded, Hope not.
Well here's hoping for a brighter tomorrow,
BrookeA.

Gee, that's too bad that 2 supporting businesses have gone out of business. But if the support isn't there, they have no choice...BJ

Too bad, that leaves us with no US magazines. I will miss LadyLike.
