Tucking

Ok I have been to sooo many sites and all I am looking for is a page with basic directions including pictures on how to tuck, I can never get it and once i do it it gets very uncomfortable and hurts, may I get instuctions or another webpage on how to do this?

there have been many threads done on tucking here.

Use the Search feature at the bottom of your page and enter 'tucking' and see what you get.

Oh yeah...that's where I saw that. :heehee:

It's one of those things I always see and after awhile don't see anymore, but I knew there was an extensive tucking thing lying around somewhere.

Now, where did I put my glasses?

Oh...right...I'm wearing them. :p
